Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Intimate Chic! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, bodysuits and intimate apparel cannot be returned if the protective hygiene seal has been broken, if the tag has been removed, or if there are signs of wear (such as makeup, deodorant, or scent marks). We highly recommend trying on bodysuits over your own underwear.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact us at info@intimatechic.shop with your order number to request a return authorization. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
