Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Our operating hours for processing and support are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–10:00 PM.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup / Local Drop-off

Currently, our location at 87 Wellcome Ave, Dartford DA1 5JL, UK operates as an administrative office and fulfillment center only. Physical in-store pickups are not available unless explicitly arranged via email ahead of time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@intimatechic.shop with your order number and a photo of the item's condition so we can resolve it for you right away.
